Site-wide sales
All site-wide and online sales include exclusions. Discount codes are not valid during site-wide sales. Other exclusions apply. All sale dates are valid in the Pacific time zone.
What payment methods do accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. Only one payment method may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
How do I ship to more than one address?
Orders can only be shipped to one address. If shipping to multiple people, you will need to place a separate order for each recipient.
I am placing a few orders that total $95. Can I get free shipping?
Our offer of free shipping for orders totaling at least $75 applies to individual orders only.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to certain states and Canada. If we are required to collect it for your order, the sales tax, GST, and or PST/HST will automatically be generated on the payment check-out page.
How do I use a promo code?
Promo codes can be entered during the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box labeled “Promo Code,” then click “Apply.” Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
